1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

교회자산On(이하 "서비스")은 다음의 정보를 수집합니다.

• 회원가입 시: 이메일 주소
• 프로필 등록 시: 이름, 소속 부서, 직분
• 자산 등록 시: 자산 사진, 자산명, 모델명, 위치, 제조일자, 가격, 수량 등 자산 정보
• 메모란 이용 시: 작성한 메모 내용
• 유료 요금제 이용 시: 구매/구독 상태 정보(RevenueCat을 통해 처리되며, 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 서비스가 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 이메일 인증코드 발송을 통한 본인 확인 및 로그인
• 소속 교회의 자산 등록·조회·수정 및 이력(등록자) 관리
• 촬영한 자산 사진을 AI로 분석하여 모델명·자산명 등을 자동으로 인식(입력 보조 목적)
• 부서별 자산 배정 및 메모 작성자 표시 등 협업 기능 제공
• 관리자의 회원 초대·삭제 등 계정 관리
• 유료 요금제 이용 시 결제 상태 확인 및 이용 한도 적용

3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

서비스는 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁받은 업체는 위탁 목적 외로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.

• Supabase (데이터베이스, 인증, 파일 저장) — 계정 정보, 자산 정보, 사진 파일 저장
• Anthropic (AI 분석) — 자산 등록 시 촬영한 사진을 모델명/자산명 인식을 위해 전송
• RevenueCat — 유료 구독 상태 관리(관리자에 한함)

이 외에는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

이용자의 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시까지 보유하며, 관리자가 계정을 삭제하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 이용자가 등록한 자산 정보는 교회의 자산 관리 기록 보존을 위해 계정 삭제 이후에도 등록자 표시 없이 남을 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제를 소속 교회의 관리자에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 관리자는 "회원 관리" 화면을 통해 이용자 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 교회 내부 자산 관리를 위한 업무용 도구로, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Church Assets On (the "Service") collects the following information:

• At sign-up: email address
• When completing your profile: name, department, position
• When registering an asset: asset photos, name, model name, location, manufactured date, price, quantity, and other asset details
• When using the memo board: the content you post
• When using a paid plan: purchase/subscription status (processed via RevenueCat; the Service does not directly collect or store payment details such as card numbers)

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

• Identity verification and sign-in via emailed verification codes
• Registering, viewing, editing, and tracking (by registrant) your church's assets
• Analyzing photographed assets with AI to auto-recognize model names, asset names, etc. (to assist data entry)
• Enabling collaboration features such as department-based asset assignment and displaying memo authors
• Account management, including member invitation and removal by admins
• Verifying billing status and applying usage limits for paid plans

3. Outsourced Processing and Third-Party Sharing

The Service outsources personal information processing to the following providers, who may not use it for any purpose other than the one for which it was entrusted:

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — stores account information, asset data, and photo files
• Anthropic (AI analysis) — receives photos taken during asset registration to recognize model/asset names
• RevenueCat — manages paid subscription status (admins only)

Outside of the above, personal information is not shared with third parties without the user's consent.

4. Retention Period

User personal information is retained until account deletion (withdrawal). When an admin deletes an account, the data is destroyed without delay. However, asset information registered by a user may remain after account deletion, without the registrant's name attached, in order to preserve the church's asset records.

5. User Rights

Users may request to view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time by contacting their church's admin. Admins can delete user accounts from the "Manage Members" screen.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is a work tool for internal church asset management and is not directed at children under the age of 14.
