회원님의 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. How to delete your account and associated data in the Church Assets On app.

앱에서 직접 삭제 / Delete in the app

가장 빠른 방법입니다. 삭제는 즉시 처리됩니다. The fastest way — deletion is immediate.

  1. 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다. Open the app and sign in.
  2. 하단 내정보 탭으로 이동합니다. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
  3. 화면 아래의 회원 탈퇴를 누릅니다. Tap Delete Account near the bottom of the screen.
  4. 확인하면 계정이 삭제되고 자동으로 로그아웃됩니다. Confirm — your account is deleted and you're signed out.

회원님이 교회의 유일한 관리자인 경우, 다른 회원을 관리자로 먼저 지정하거나 교회 데이터 전체 삭제에 동의해야 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. If you are the church's only admin, you must first assign another admin, or agree to delete all of the church's data, before you can leave.

이메일로 삭제 요청 / Request by email

앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우, 가입한 이메일 주소로 아래에 요청해 주세요. Can't access the app? Email us from your registered address.

제목에 “계정 삭제 요청”을 적어 주시면, 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리해 드립니다. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject. After identity verification, we process requests within 7 business days.

삭제·보관되는 데이터 / What is deleted and kept

탈퇴 시 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기됩니다. Your personal data is destroyed without delay upon deletion.

  • 이름 · 소속 부서 · 직분 Name, department, position
  • 로그인 정보 및 푸시 알림 토큰 Sign-in data & push token

보관됨 · Retained

  • 회원님이 등록한 자산·메모는 교회의 자산 기록 보존을 위해 남되, 작성자 이름은 제거됩니다. Assets and memos you registered remain to preserve the church's records, but your name is removed from them.
